What do I do if an item is missing or arrives faulty / damaged?

If you have any problems regarding missing items, faulty or damaged goods please notify us ASAP, so we can rectify the situation with the least possible hassle to yourself. We will either issue you with a replacement or full credit depending upon the problem in question.
